This segment of my blog is titled "Tru Life Conversations" where I bring people together to talk about topics that may sometimes be hard. It is my hope that through this segment, I create a safe space for myself and others to speak our truth, heal, grow, and inspire the next person to do the same!

One of the things I love most about life is that at any given moment, you can REBIRTH yourself. You can choose to let go of the past and embrace a brand-new future... the choice is always ours! I've spent the past few years learning, growing, and healing; and I cannot think of a better time than now to rebirth the TRU LIFE OF COURTNEY and also rebirth myself. As the leaves change colors in the fall, I, too, am hoping to let go of fear and transform into the most authentic version of myself in order to birth the vision God has placed on the inside of me. I am happy you have joined me for the ride!
